Overseas property investors are increasingly seeking possible opportunities in San Pietro, according to an expert.
The village of San Pietro in Bevagna, an unspoilt seaside village on the Ionian coast in the province of Taranto, region Puglia is 11 kilometers far from the town of Manduria. Property expert David Stanley Refearn stated that a growing number of foreign buyers are looking to enter the housing market of Bevagna. However, he suggested that potential investors to look at making any purchase sooner rather than later, as property prices in the region are going up.
San Pietro is typical for its heavenly and tranquil beaches, surrounded by Mediterranean bush dunes and calm, clear turquoise waters. The strategic position of the village allows tourists to spend time to the discovery of the wonderful places of the Salentine Peninsula. Away from the fabulous Ionian coastline, the neighboring countryside of the Taranto Murge is famous for its vineyards.
The properties in the Bevagna region give foreign homebuyers the chance to enjoy an idyllic beach lifestyle for an affordable price. The region is becoming an increasingly popular location among overseas property buyers, particularly among Brits and it is said to be driving up demand for properties, which in turn is leading to a surge in property values. Italy's government provides fiscal incentives for potential foreign buyers and a system of conditions entirely favourable for foreign investment.
